Michael was the absolute best. He was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We don’t speak French but he had a great translation app to make sure everyone understood each other. He picked us up from the airport with a sign so we could easily find him. When he took us back to the airport, he helped us check our bags and walked us all the way to passport control. Most importantly, he kept us safe and happy while driving us around Paris all week. He also made sure to point out what all the different buildings and attractions were so we didn’t miss anything. He patiently waited for us when our tours ran long, happily accommodated changes to plans, and always made sure we felt safe and comfortable. I will recommend Michael to everyone who travels to Paris. Thank you, Michael, for making our trip so special!

Services extraordinaire. Véhicule très propres. Chauffeur professionnel et agréable... très satisfait. A recommander avec un grand plaisir...

Michael was an absolute gem during our 5-week family vacation in Paris. His transportation services were impeccable, but his care and dedication truly set him apart. Always punctual and professional, Michael went above and beyond to ensure our family’s comfort, especially for members with limited mobility. He thoughtfully selected accessible drop-off points, assisted with airport navigation all the way to security, and even retrieved a critical item from a cruise ship with remarkable resourcefulness. His warm, reliable presence made him feel like both a trusted guide and a dear friend. Our trip was infinitely more enjoyable because of Michael, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you, Michael, for making our journey unforgettable!

Very kind and helpful. Despite the language barrier he made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.

Exceptional Chauffeur Service in Paris – 5 Stars for Michael! Michael is not just a driver; he is a true professional chauffeur in every sense of the word. Recommended by the Viking Cruise concierge for his trustworthiness with vulnerable clients, Michael exceeded our expectations. He escorted my 84-year-old mother to Versailles, the Louvre, and the Eiffel Tower, as well as restaurants and shops, ensuring her comfort and safety. He went above and beyond by returning forgotten items (a cell phone and cane) on multiple occasions and allowing her to leave belongings in the car during visits. Michael also accompanied our teenage nephew to the airport security gate and handled airport transfers for five other family members with ease. He even delivered our apartment key to our daughter upon her arrival. Polite, intelligent, and an excellent driver, Michael earned our trust, admiration, and friendship. We’ve already recommended him to friends planning their Paris trip and will contact him again when we return. Without hesitation, Michael deserves a 5-star review for his outstanding service!

Very friendly driver. He picked us up promptly and got us to our destinations safely!
